MEDEX is the preferred travel assistance and risk management provider for USAID contractors, providing medical and security evacuation services to US Government contractors, NGOs, and their dependents at discounted rates.

Applications should be made directly to MEDEX by telephone, facsimile or email. MEDEX will require the employee's name, names of any dependents, dates of travel, destination and, if applicable, the government contract number under which the employee is working.
